I had the privilege of going on the Disney Wonder to take a four-night Disney Cruise to the Bahamas. I went with my nephews and niece, my sister, her husband and my parents.
We sailed on February 15 from Port Canaveral, Florida. The ship was the Disney Wonder. After we completed our paperwork on shore, we boarded the ship.
Right from the start, there were plenty of things to do. Since we boarded the ship around noon time, we went to get lunch. It was a buffet so there was a great selection of food.
After we finished lunch, we headed to our staterooms. We reserved three inside staterooms, which were surprisingly spacious. The stateroom had a queen size bed and a couch that turns into a bunk bed. The top bunk is put away in the roof of the cabin.
After we put away our luggage, I went with my sister and brother in law and their kids to register them for their activities. Disney had two programs: one for kids ages three to five and one for six and up. They went to two different areas.
